Johnnie Kearney Jr. is a South Side Chicago based strategist specializing in stakeholder engagement, public affairs, and community centered strategy.
An ordained minister, Kearney’s work is grounded in years of leadership within local communities, where trust, accountability, and relationship building are essential. He brings that same approach to his work with organizations navigating complex policy environments and public facing challenges.
He brings 22 years of public service with Cook County, along with experience in stakeholder engagement in regulated industries, working at the intersection of government, community, and business to align priorities and build durable partnerships.
He lives on Chicago’s South Side with his wife and daughter.
